Spark People

So mom has talked me into doing low carb this time instead of WW's. So far I am defiantly not hungry which I like and I have lost 3 lbs since Monday. We will really see what happens when when I weigh on Monday.............It would be great to see something crazy like 10 lbs...wow I would pass out!

I have also started back doing "Walk Away The Pounds". If you have little time, little space and of course little money to go to the gym, these DVDs are GREAT!! It has a 1, 2 & 3 mile workout that will get your heart racing and knock you socks off. I did the 2 miles today and had a very hard time catching my breath when it was over :) I am going to stick with the 2 mile again tomorrow......its gonna be awhile before I can work up to the 3.........a good while.......

While this isn't a weight loss blog and I blog about just about anything, i will interject my progress here and there.

But Anyways,...........the purpose of this blog was to tell you about a cool site called Spark People. It lets you create and track your own weight loss and fitness goals in some really cool ways. It helps keep you accountable to something............You know everyday when you enter in what you have eaten that those totals are going to pop up and confront you right in the face............and of course.......sometimes its just not very pretty!

All and all I have been happy with my progress. I have stayed with the confines of "My Dietary Goals" all week and actually haven't had that bad of a time. Lets just hope I can keep up the momentum until I leave for Vegas April 30th! I had sure hoped I would be a lighter than when I was there last time.....I have 6 weeks to see what happens.

If I lose 4 lbs a week counting this week, that would put me down 24lbs by then.........one can only hope (and not cheat!)
